Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Advocado Films s.r.o., registered office Jílovská 1153/47, 142 00 Praha 4-Braník, company ID 17409519, VAT ID CZ17409519 — operator of erezatelier.cz and of the Erez Atelier interior design studio.

We have not appointed a data protection officer; please contact us directly.

What data we process

Data you give us yourself. When you write to us through the form on this site, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number and the text of your message. A detailed enquiry also includes the type of service and space, floor area, number of rooms, approximate budget, timeframe, preferred consultation time and any attachment you send us.

Data created by your visit. IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed and where you came from. We obtain these through visitor measurement, and only with your consent — see the cookies section below.

Why we process your data and on what basis

To answer your enquiry. Without your name and contact details we cannot get back to you. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

To perform the contract, if we go on to work together. Same legal basis.

To meet legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax ones. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

To keep the site running and protect it from misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

To measure visits to the site. We only do this if you give us consent in the cookie bar. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and you can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep your data

An enquiry that does not lead to a project is kept for no longer than two years from our last contact, in case you get in touch again.

If we do work together, we keep your data for the duration of the project and then for as long as the law requires. For accounting records that is ten years.

Visitor measurement data is kept for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone who would use it for their own purposes. We do work with suppliers who come into contact with it:

• WEDOS Internet, a.s. — website and e-mail hosting, servers in the Czech Republic
• Google Ireland Limited — visitor measurement via Google Analytics, only with your consent

Google may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We may also pass data to public authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right:

• of access — to find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy
• to rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed
• to erasure — to have your data deleted where we no longer have a reason to process it
• to restriction — to ask us to stop working with your data for a time
• to portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable form or have it sent to another controller
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest
• to withdraw consent at any time where we obtained it; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand

Just write to info@erezatelier.cz. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are handling your data badly, you can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Cookies and visitor measurement

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Your browser’s local storage works in a similar way.

Necessary — the site would not work without them, so we always use them. The law does not require consent for these.

• erez_cookies — remembers your choice in the cookie bar, 6 months
• erez-ui-v5 — local storage, remembers display settings, kept until you delete it
• wordpress_* — administration login, site administrators only, for the duration of the session

Analytics — these show us how many people visit the site, which pages interest them and where they come from. We use them only with your consent; without it they never reach your browser.

• _ga, ga* — Google Analytics, distinguishing visitors and maintaining the session, 24 months

Marketing — we offer this option in the bar but do not use it yet; no marketing cookies currently run on the site. If we start using them, we will ask you again.

Managing your consent. On your first visit a bar appears where you choose what to allow. Until then no analytics or marketing tools are started. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. You can also delete and block cookies directly in your browser’s privacy settings.

Two more things

You are under no obligation to give us your data. The form cannot be sent without a name, e-mail and message, though, because we would have no way to reply.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects for you.
